Britney Spears is fed up with doctor consultations – especially when the medic is telling her to “[improve]” her body. The 39-year-old is fresh from a brazen topless post for her 35 million+ Instagram followers, one seeing her clutching her bare chest from her backyard, also slamming the culture of “body improvement.”

Spears, fresh from celebrating both her engagement to boyfriend Sam Asghari last month and her recent legal win over dad Jamie Spears, has kept up her skimpy updates, but it wasn’t just a body flaunt this time as the Grammy winner addressed body image.
