Katie Holmes arching her back while braless and in a slinky white nightie even came with the actress rocking a peroxide blonde look as she stunned her Instagram followers recently. The 42-year-old Dawson’s Creek sweetheart updated her account ahead of the weekend in a look nobody saw coming, one showing the mom of one stunning in a sensual and somewhat-quirky snap as she shouted out Les Femme Publiques magazine.

Katie’s photo, called “actual art” over in the comments, saw her ditching her trademark brown locks – in fact, an objective eye might not even have known it was her.

The ex to Hollywood heavyweight Tom Cruise, largely making headlines of late for sharing a rare photo of 15-year-old daughter Suri Cruise, had been snapped in a very edgy and illuminated setting – fluorescent lighting afforded nearly an X-ray finish as Katie danced around while in a lacy nightie dress, with fans also seeing a choppy blonde bob as Holmes turned her head to the side.

Katie flaunted her trim frame and her modern energy in the shoot, one she said was fabricated by an “amazing and talented team of people” as she took to her caption.

Katie clearly hasn’t lost the sweetheart charm that won fans over decades ago, regularly topping lists of celebs who look amazing at 40+. Opening up to Shape, the actress revealed how she keeps her killer figure, telling the magazine:

“I exercise four times a week. Variety is key, or I get bored. I like Spinning, boxing, and yoga, and sometimes I’ll take a dance class. I have my own Spin bike, so I can do it at home when I have to get up really early; otherwise I go to FlywheelSports.”

“Sometimes I work out with my daughter. It just depends on the day,” she added, name-dropping teen Suri.
