Carrie Underwood highlights thigh gap during skimpy gym stretch
Carrie Underwood is proving her muscle machine of a body is worth as much as her award-winning voice. The 38-year-old country superstar has been busy stretching it out in a stunning snap to promote her 2020-founded Fit52 app, with the photo showing the blonde’s steely-strong and toned body as she gently encouraged fans to give a 20-minute workout a go.
Carrie, who briefly starved herself on just 800 calories a day following her 2005 American Idol win, was showing she’s the picture of health, with the eye-catching snap showing her in skimpy shorts and a skin-tight tank.

The mom of two, looking super-tan and healthy, was seen smiling confidently as she rocked tiny white shorts while flaunting a bit of a thigh gap. She also sported a pale pink tank top as she stretched one arm out and folded her other one to really work her muscles. The “Cry Pretty” singer kept it simple with scraped-back hair in a ponytail, also rocking a black training watch.
“20-Minute Workout INTERMEDIATE” appeared in text, with the gallery then bringing models showing various mat training exercises – Carrie herself even featured as she delivered climber toe taps while in tight leggings and with her hair in pigtails.

The “Southbound” singer’s brand alerted fans to its latest offering, writing:
“Short on time but still want to move your body? Take 20 minutes of your day to move through this full-body half workout.”
Then listing the four exercises, which included Tricep Bench Dips and Alternating Front Kicks, Fit52 added: “Reps & Order: When you work out in the #fit52 app, the reps change to keep you on your toes but let’s not complicate things! Move through 10 reps of each exercise and repeat the whole circuit 4 times through.”

The app also reminded followers: “Remember: a fit52 workout isn’t complete without a Warm Up and Cool Down! To get started, try jogging on the spot and when you’re done, take an extra few minutes to stretch those muscles!”
Carrie, who boasts a net worth of $200 million, also has her Find Your Path diet and exercise book, released shortly before the app dropped in March 2020. Her CALIA brand this year celebrated six years in business.
