Sharon Stone suffers exposing wardrobe malfunction on French beach

Sharon Stone has suffered an especially exposing wardrobe malfunction while braless and already scantily clad on a French beach. The 63-year-old actress, who tends to make headlines for her age-defying looks, is today front-page news after her gold leaf top failed to cover her chest – the photos were so exposing, The Daily Mail actually had to block out her breasts with digitally-inserted black cubes.

Sharon is currently in the South of France after winning the Golden Icon Award at the 2021 Zurich Film Festival. The Basic Instinct star, known for her leg-uncrossing in the ’90s movie, found herself photographed at all angles during the exposing moment, although she didn’t seem aware that it was happening.

Scroll for the photos. They showed the blonde looking glamorous and dressed up to the nines as she wore a backless and gold floral leaf top that was completely backless. Also sporting a dramatic and elegant long black skirt that was lifted as the star walked around by waters, Stone went slicked-back with wet hair, also showing off her super-toned body – and, it would seem, plenty more.

Shots showed the actress from the side, where, yes, everything was on show. The star’s modesty was protected by The Daily Mail blocking out anything too revealing, but the exclusive photos nonetheless wound up as one of the newspaper’s top Sunday evening stories. Sharon was also seen being helped off decking by crew and surrounded by a crowd.

Told She Wasn’t ‘Sexy’

Sharon has been making headlines for her memoir: The Beauty of Living Twice documents the star’s career and her 2001 brain aneurysm, one sending her into life-saving surgery. Excerpts from the memoir this year published by Vanity Fair also saw the actress touch on how she was perceived in Hollywood – despite now being a sex symbol, Stone wasn’t always viewed as desirable.

“Chuck, my manager at the time, had told me that no one would hire me because everyone said I wasn’t sexy. I wasn’t, as they liked to say in Hollywood at the time, f-ckable,” she writes.

“I was still so shy and introverted. But Roy kept badgering me. Roy would ask me, “If you keep leaving your sexuality at the door, how do you expect to play anyone at all?”Six weeks later I was cast in Basic Instinct,” Stone added.
