Kelly Ripa is sipping espresso and peeping her white string bikini as she shows off her handsome boys. The 50-year-old talk show queen, this fall making headlines for her “empty nest” situation with husband Mark Consuelos, was last week reunited with her sons in a photo marking National Sons Day, and it was the thumbs-up from everyone on Instagram as Kelly stunned by the ocean.

Wearing a loud orange-red kaftan but still showing off a bikini top as she wore dark shades, the mom of three held up a cute little espresso cup, with Michael, 24 to her left and Joaquin, 18 to her right. Joaquin is departed for college – his exit from NYC left his poor parents a little lost last month as they realized their $27 million NYC home would be minus the kids.

Taking to her caption, Kelly told fans: “Did someone say #nationalsonsday? How lucky am I?” She even threw in two sunshine emoji for a total 110,000+ likes. Quick to reply and topping comments was 50-year-old Mark Consuelos, who wrote: “Squad minus one.”

Dropping Youngest Off At College

Earlier this year, Kelly spoke to viewers about dropping Joaquin off at college all the way in Michigan. The Persona Nutrition face said:

“We took our youngest son to college, we dropped him off. It was hard. It was really hard” as she detailed the whole thing to co-host Ryan Seacrest.

“We dropped him off at school and we gave him a hug, it was actually brutally painful. And I said, ‘I did not realize that 18 years would go so fast’ and he didn’t say anything, he was just giving me a hug. But he turned to walk away and I said, ‘Wait, Joaquin, one more!’ And he kept walking,” she added.
