Olivia Culpo, whose rock-hard abs continue to be the object of envy, has opened up on the “ideal” breakfast she’d consume when trying to watch her nutrition, but the 29-year-old model joked that the reality is a different story. Culpo, in the news of late for her jaw-dropping Venice Film Festival looks, has fans eyeing up her lithe figure more than ever – a little digging shows what the former Miss Universe puts on her plate.

Olivia Culpo Reveals Ideal Food Day

Scroll for photos. The Sports Illustrated bombshell, whose Instagram comes with plenty of bikinis and the silhouette worshipped by millions, opened up to Hollywood Life about her diet and exercise. The home baking queen, a regular with frosting and pies on her stories, revealed both her sense of humor and her nutrition knowledge, stating:

“I try really hard. I really try to cut out carbs when I’m not working. When I’m preparing for something and being good, I cut out carbs.” She added: “So my ideal good day would be egg whites, avocado, turkey bacon for breakfast. Then, for lunch, I would have a salad with protein, and for dinner, I would have veggies with protein. Does that happen regularly? No.”

Culpo, who whips up healthy meals and cheat foods for herself and NFL player boyfriend Christian McCaffrey, is a known lover of Chick-Fil-A, having even joked “You had me at fried chicken sandwich” as she posed bikini-clad and in a boat PDA with her beau last year.

“Ideally, if girls are trying to know the formula, it’s definitely cutting out carbs and not starving yourself. You have to eat at least three to five meals a day,” she continued.

Getting Her Workout On

The CULPOS x INC founder, whose clothing brand retails quite the workout collection, also touched on fitness and what she does to achieve her chiseled bikini body.

“I really do like SoulCycle,” she stated. “I just feel like it’s an easy meditative way to work out. I can really zone out during that workout. And then I like to run.” Culpo called running “a little harder in the winter because it’s chilly,” adding that she likes Pilates because you can just “forget everything and go through the motions and breathe.”

Olivia’s recent Instagram share came pantless and showing off her super-toned legs. More popular ones have shown her chowing down on those fried chicken sandwiches and keeping an eye on the Rhode Island restaurant she co-owns with her family.
