Kelly Ripa is all squats in a shirt you wouldn’t want your kids seeing. The 50-year-old talk show host and fitness queen has been dripping mad sweat as she keeps her pint-sized frame in tip-top shape, with stories on trainer Anna Kaiser’s Instagram showing the blonde super pumped and indulging in her love of statement tees.
Kelly, who made 2020 headlines for a pandemic hoodie shouting out coronavirus expert Dr. Anthony Fauci, was going “F it” in a sparkly top as she burned her calories, with the footage also showing how the former “All My Children” actress stays in such sensational shape.
Kelly Ripa All F It For Friday Workout
Kelly, who adores SoulCycle and running through NYC’s Central Park, had gone for an indoor studio workout. The mom of three, all pep, was seen smiling and joking around with Anna while in a black top, one with “F-ck it” written across in sparkly silver letters. Placing both hands below her chest to highlight the tee’s slogan, the “Live! With Kelly and Ryan” star smiled with her trainer for a joint selfie, with Kaiser writing:
“This one just completed her 5th @annakaiserstudios workout for the week.”
A “F-ck it it’s Friday” was added, with Ripa then seen solo and pulsating her squats for a real workout. Kelly, also wearing dark and high-waisted black sweatpants and sneakers, danced around in mini party mode before being filmed in front of floor-to-ceiling mirrors for her butt-sculpting squats.
Exactly How She Gets Her Figure
Kelly, who made December 2020 headlines for a naughty McRib before Christmas and last year revealed she’s alcohol-free, has outlined her workouts and her diet. The avocado on toast lover, who revealed a full food diary to Harper’s Bazaar and called her body a “Peter Pan” one as she spoke to The Cut in 2019, told the media outlet:
“I like to take AKT — which is cardio-based dance classes — about four to five days a week between 3 and 5 p.m. And I like to do SoulCycle on the weekends. In the summer, I like to run in Central Park because I think it’s so gorgeous.”
Ripa also outlined a pretty impressive coffee routine, one that sees her kicking the day off with a “Bullet” coffee, this before she sips on a Starbucks latte as she heads to the “Live!” set.
“Then I will have a half a coffee after the show wraps. I have a great energy level. I don’t nap, and I fear that if I did nap it would probably make me stay awake all night,” Ripa added.
