Carrie Underwood is doing some mega heavy lifting while in a muscle-flaunting ribbed gym tank, and she’s offering anyone seeing the snap a little freebie. The 38-year-old country superstar and fitness mogul, last year launching both her “Find Your Path” diet and exercise book and its accompanying Fit52 app, was in full promo mode for the latter on Monday, appearing on the Fit52 Instagram and delivering some power upper body moves that only further toned her already-rippling arms.

Carrie, who briefly starved herself on just 800 calories a day after winning “American Idol” back in 2005, is now a health and fitness nut, and her handy workout guides are all over the app that’s so popular, Android users put up a mighty fuss until its eventual Apple and Android roll-out this year.

Carrie Underwood Shows Them How It’s Done

The photo, below, came as the opener to a massive workout post, one also seeing the “Southbound” singer working her body on a simple yoga mat. Carrie, who nearly always wears her CALIA by Carrie athleisurewear brand in promos, was here kitted out in the 2015-founded brand’s super-cute and ribbed pink tank, one showing the mom of two’s shapely and strong arms – and she wasn’t hanging around sipping a latte.

Carrie was seen focused and looking downward as she lifted up two heavy dumbbells, working her steely-strong shoulders and giving her already-bulging triceps a little go-over, too.

A swipe to the right brought Carrie in a black tank matching cut-off yoga pants, here showing a more toned-down arm workout as the star simply raised and lowered her arms. Deep squatting came next as Carrie gave her glutes a work, with further slides showing models joining in the exercises.

A caption from Fit52 greeted fans, reading: “Fitness is about feeling good, having the energy you want, and building strength. The point is, your path is meant to be fun.”

Alongside outline its top 5 moves, not limited to Bodyweight Lateral Raises and Sumo Squats with Pulse, the brand then offered a little freebie. Asking if they’re worth the hype, Fit52 wrote: “See for yourself with fourteen days free, at the link in our bio.”

The 14-day free trial is followed by a $7.99/month subscription, but for anyone not yet keen to commit, it’s the perfect chance to try out Carrie’s workouts without the cost. Fit52 now also included Carrie’s former NHL player husband Mike Fisher on the app, one that’s based on a deck of 52 cards, each representing a week of the year.
