RHOC: Kelly Dodd says she ‘doesn’t know’ and ‘doesn’t care’ if she returns for Season 16

Fans of Real Housewives of Orange County star Kelly Dodd might be interested to know if she intends to return to the reality show for its 16th season, but it seems like Kelly could not care less if it happens or not.

According to a new article from Reality Blurb, Kelly has been interacting with some fans on Instagram and revealed her real feelings regarding the flagship Real Housewives on Bravo, which has been tabled for now, while the network figures out how to retool the show.

One fan asked Kelly if she would still be on RHOC when it eventually returns, and Kelly said, “Thank you but I don’t know and don’t care!”

Rumors have been running wild for a while now that Kelly would be let go from the show, given her controversial behavior on and off the screen. Kelly came under fire repeatedly last year for her ignorant remarks about the COVID pandemic and then later for wearing a “Drunk Wives Matter” hate during the Black Lives Matter and George Floyd protests that were going on last summer.

She also drew more scorn from viewers when she called herself Black at the recent RHOC Season 15 reunion.

As for why she might not return to the show, Kelly says that she’s enjoying “living my life with my beautiful husband and daughter!! Life goes on… the show is not my life!”

Kelly Dodd blames ‘cancel culture’ for her recent struggles.

Another fan praised Kelly for speaking her mind during the reunion, and Kelly claimed that it wasn’t easy for her to do since “cancel culture” has been coming for her. I mean, Kelly, I hardly think people calling you out for all the vile, ignorant, and insensitive things you’ve said over the past year is just “cancel culture.” She made her bed, and now she’s gotta lie in it.

It also looks like Kelly and her new husband Rick Levanthal are planning to keep their East Coast property. Someone asked her if they were unable to sell, and Kelly claimed they had only put it on the market to “test it out” but had then decided not to get rid of it.
