If there is one thing fans love about Real Housewives of New Jersey beyond the drama, it’s the househusbands. People can’t get enough of the relationship between Joe Gorga, Frank Catania, Joe Benigno, Bill Aydin and Evan Goldschneider. Joe and Frank have been close friends for a long time now, while Joe B. was brought into the fold a few seasons ago.

Bill and Evan have also been on the show for a few seasons now, but the two haven’t really started to get involved with the beloved bromance until the tail-end of last season and the current season.

But Bravo knows how much fans love the househusbands considering the number of extra scenes added to Real Housewives of New Jersey episodes to give time for the men to bond. The guys will even be featured on tonight’s episode of Watch What Happens Live. That said, while most of the men are great, do we really need to empower manbaby, Joe Gorga, with his own show?

Real Housewives of New Jersey is enough, we don’t need a full-fledged spin-off

He might be fun to watch (sometimes) around the guys, but the dude is an old-school misogynist who needs to shut up more often than he needs to speak up. I’m not sure he wouldn’t become outright insufferable if he were to get his own spin-off.

I think the idea of a “househusbands” spin-off with these guys is more entertaining if it stays in the ether and doesn’t actually come into existence. Maybe they can all have a podcast or a short YouTube series or something, but do they need a full-fledged spin-off? Not really.

I’m sure a lot of people will disagree with me but I stand by that. Plus, it would mean we’d probably get less of them on the show where I feel like we get just enough to keep things interesting and funny without them overstaying their welcome.
