According to a recent interview she did on the IGTV series S’more Live Happy Hour, former Real Housewives of Orange County star Vicki Gunvalson says she did receive a contract for Real Housewives All Stars. The RHOC OG also shared her thoughts on Meghan King, Braunwyn Windham-Burke and more.
We all know that All Stars is busy filming (or just wrapped) in Turks & Caicos but there has been some debate over who Bravo chose to star in the first iteration of the new Peacock TV series. Fans were surprised to see that no RHOC stars were invited to join the show despite the fact that RHOC is the first installment of the franchise.
But the series has fallen out of grace in recent years, with the past season being one of the most hated of all time. For now, the show is on an indefinite hiatus until Bravo figures out how to restructure the cast.
Tamra Judge recently revealed in her S’More Love that she wouldn’t be joining, but Vicki had a different story to tell.
“It was true [that I was going to join the cast], I had a contract, and once production resumed [after COVID], they forgot about me.”
RHOC: Vicki Gunvalson & Tamra Judge are still working on their new show
Despite neither Vicki nor Tamra being invited back to the latest season of RHOC, the two housewives are still reportedly working on their own show. It’s not clear what it’s going to be about or who might be invited to guest star on the series, but only time will tell!
As for her former co-stars such as Braunwyn and Kelly, Vicki believes that Kelly will probably “eventually be fired,” although she doesn’t necessarily think it’s because of Kelly’s controversial comments on COVID since the cast hasn’t ever been known for being “politically correct on the show.”
But for Braunwyn, Vicki just says she’s “confused by her” and “never liked her” from day one. I’m sure the feeling is mutual, Vicki.
