Is Heather Thomson joining the cast of The Real Housewives of New York after taking a hiatus from the group? Eboni K. Williams seemed to confirm it!
Heather Thomson has been seen hanging out with the cast of The Real Housewives of New York a lot lately, but did Eboni K. Williams just confirm that she was returning? Eboni posted a story to her Instagram that showed Ramona Singer, Leah McSweeney, Sonja Morgan, herself, Heather, and Luann de Lesseps with the caption “Meet your season 13 cast! #RHONY.”
Heather appeared in a few episodes since her departure back in season 7, including a party last season. She also happens to have a house in the Berkshires that could help replace the void that is left from Dorinda Medley’s Blue Stone Manor being gone. Heather was a strong character to have on the show and without Bethenny Frankel on the cast, it might be the right time for her to fit back in with the other ladies.
On a recent episode of her podcast, In My Heart with Heather Thomson with Carole Radziwill that some of the ladies were partaking in recreational drugs while on a trip to St. Barts (the episode with the pirate). It would be interesting to see her have to defend those comments to the other ladies, especially Sonja and Luann.
Of course, when Heather was on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen back in September, she said she had a huge announcement! That announcement happened to be that she was starting a podcast, which was a bit of a letdown. If she was joining the show again, wouldn’t she have announced it then? Or, maybe she is just coming back as a friend and not a full-time housewife.
With so much change on the RHONY cast lately, Heather would be a good addition, even if she was just a friend. Can anyone say, “Holla?”
The Real Housewives of New York City will be back on Bravo for reruns!
