Now that Vanderpump Rules stars Jax Taylor and Brittany Cartwright are having a baby, what does this mean for the future of the show?
Since we have no news about Vanderpump Rules still, obviously Jax Taylor and Brittany Cartwright decided to get pregnant like everyone else in the group. Stassi Schroeder and Beau Clark are pregnant with a baby girl, while Lala Kent and Randall Emmett are also expecting a girl sometime next year.
Jax posted a photo of Brittany and himself on his Instagram with the caption: “Sooooo,……..I am gonna be Dad..💟👶🏼.” And the world cried a little.
Just kidding, but I’m sure some people did. Brittany posted on her own Instagram and shared the same photo with a caption that said, “Mom & Dad.”
Vanderpump Rules started out as a show about a group of drunk friends slapping each other after drinking pitchers of mimosas, and now they all just buy the same house and make babies. It isn’t clear if this is some weird way to alter the course of next season, or if their pregnancy pact really came through.
Hopefully, this isn’t some bizarre grab for a spin off of their lives after bartending fell through, because it sounds like a true nightmare. Bravo has been totally silent about their plans for the show and its next season, which could mean a few things. The show could be done, or they could have not come to a conclusion yet. But watching a bunch of formerly drunk people raise children sounds like some new form of torture.
But seriously, times like these are not appropriate to jump back into filming a reality show. These are the bits of life that should be kept to yourself for your own well being, and well…no one wants to watch Jax be jealous of the attention his unborn child is receiving. To be fair, I don’t want to watch Jax do anything at all, so that falls right into that category.
Vanderpump Rules is on Bravo….for reruns.
