RHOC: Meet Elizabeth Lyn Vargas ahead of season 15!
By Amanda Cline
Elizabeth Lyn Vargas is joining the Real Housewives of Orange County cast for season 15 and she is sure to shake things up a bit!
Elizabeth Lyn Vargas is joining The Real Housewives of Orange County next season, and its time to get to know her! According to her Bravo bio, Elizabeth was born and raised in Missouri before moving to Orange County with her almost ex-husband. Elizabeth announced her newest venture on her Instagram, obviously holding an orange and wearing a blue bandage dress. Is she perfect for RHOC, or what?
Elizabeth is the Founder and CEO of Edge Music Network. On her Facebook page, she notes that Edge Music is a streaming service where part of the subscription fee gives back. An article on Associated Press notes that the company had a “record-breaking” first half of 2018. It also notes that Elizabeth founded the company in 2011 and hoped to “make the world a better place.”
According to an article by Us Weekly, Edge isn’t doing very well these days. In July, Elizabeth said on Instagram live that the business was a failure. “It’s not quite a failure yet but it’s on its way.” She followed this up by saying she was changing direction and focusing on new projects.
It looks like part of her storyline will revolve around the creation of her new vodka line, Vargas Vodka. According to her website, Elizabeth is also involved in something called the We Care Rescue Ranch, which is a “soon to be non-profit, no-kill, volunteer animal rescue organization.” The websites note that the ranch has a pending 501(c)(3) status, aka it is not yet a tax-exempt charitable organization.
Another big part of her potential storyline is her relationship with her boyfriend, Jimmy. Elizabeth says they have a very intimate relationship, but sex isn’t a part of it. More on that later, I guess.
Elizabeth can be seen in the season 15 trailer taking shots, diving into pools, and generally whooping it up with the rest of the RHOC ladies. We can’t wait to see how it all goes down!
The Real Housewives of Orange County premieres Wednesday, Oct. 7!
