Real Housewives of Potomac: Michael Darby is a hot topic this season…again
By Amanda Cline
The Real Housewives of Potomac are still at Monique Samuel’s lake house trying to entertain themselves…until Michael Darby gave them plenty to do.
The Real Housewives of Potomac are still trying to fish Monique Samuel’s lake house and the drama is never-ending out on the lake. Ashley Darby is doing her best with baby Dean, but it’s clear she is struggling with her new role as a mother. Wendy Osefo’s freak out on Ashley probably stemmed from her own insecurities as a mother.
But all of that was nothing compared to the text Candiace Dillard Bassett received from a “friend” with a photo of Michael Darby at the strip club. Meanwhile, a producer asked Ashley if Michael Darby enjoyed being second to Dean in her life and she confirmed he did not. I mean…obviously. But how is that Ashley’s fault?
The text also mentioned that Michael was discussing openly how he had a boyfriend and a wife. This friend of Candiace said that Michael was asking women to come back to his hotel room while he was creeping around and hanging out with strippers. Usually, when a housewife gets a text like this, it’s from production. Candiace seemed a little worried that the sender of the text would be revealed, so perhaps it was a real friend that sent the message.
When Monique asked about Michael during dinner, Ashley said she thought he was having a boys night. We didn’t get to actually see her conversation with Michael during the episode, but he said that “something happened” at the casino.
It really isn’t clear how Ashley just allows Michael to walk all over her and embarrass her without any repercussions. They are still together after all of this happened so clearly Ashley didn’t mind his mistake at the casino too much, but when is it going to be enough?
Once again, Michael is shaping up to be a huge topic of conversation throughout the RHOP season. Is he going to become a full-time housewife soon? We really hope not…
The Real Housewives of Potomac will be back next Sunday at 9 PM.
