Vanderpump Rules: Lala Kent is a bridezilla, called out by Michael Costello
By Amanda Cline
Vanderpump Rules star, Lala Kent, started a fight with dress designer Michael Costello after he called out Kylie Jenner and told him to “Get over it.”
It is no secret that Vanderpump Rules star, Lala Kent, thinks she is the most famous person on the planet, even though 99% of the world has no idea who she is. But apparently, when dress designer Michael Costello called out Kylie Jenner for not tagging designers when they give her free dresses for publicity, Lala thought she was on the same level of celebrity.
Lala claimed that because she wasn’t a big enough celebrity, Costello never responded when she reached out about a wedding dress. She was basically accusing him of doing the same thing Kylie did – not acknowledging people “below” them. Costello posted a screenshot of a conversation between Lala and someone working for him that was trying to confirm an appointment.
The dress designer tagged Lala and said, “You wanted us to dress you and we passed!” The comment went on to say that Lala didn’t want to buy anything, presumably, she wanted the dress for free. He finished up the call-out by noting that Lala was a no-show at her appointment, too.
The texts were from July 8, 2019, so a full year and a month later Lala chose to reignite the non-issue…reminiscent of her issues with 50 Cent previously. When Lala responded to Costello a second time, she said that he passed on her just like Kylie passed on him and he should just get over it.
Lala and Randall Emmett were supposed to get married this year but have postponed the wedding due to travel restrictions and the coronavirus. It would appear from the outside that the pair might be struggling with some facets of their relationship.
Whatever the case may be, the petty argument wasn’t a good look for either party. Lalat must not have anything better to do. For someone who dressed Beyoncé at the 56th Annual Grammy Awards, something tells me he does have something better to do.
Vanderpump Rules is on Bravo….for reruns.
