RHOA is a carousel of talent when it comes to the cast. One former cast member, Phaedra Parks, is set to return to our televisions this week.

It seems like so long ago, but it’s only been three years since Phaedra Parks was last a full-fledged member of The Real Housewives of Atlanta cast. Well, Phaedra is back!

Although it isn’t just yet as a part of The Real Housewives of Atlanta, the former (as of right now) Real Housewife will make her re-entry into the world of reality tv as apart of the cast of WE TV’s popular reality series, Marriage Boot Camp.

Starting out as a show focused on building off of another WE TV brand and tv show, Bridezillas, Marriage Bootcamp has since taken off and become one of their most popular shows on its own. Heck, it’s become so popular, that it even has spinoffs or different renditions, such as the various “reality stars” or their most popular “hip hop” editions.

If we are being really frank, it is the interaction on that show between rapper Waka Flocka Flame and his wife Tammy Rivera that eventually landed them their own WE TV series, simply titled Waka & Tammy.

In any event, our focus here is the glorious return of Miss Phaedra Parks to the network television screen. She made sure that everyone knows, or that if they didn’t, they should better refamiliarize themselves with her presence, again. A post on her Instagram account said, “When they sleep on you…tuck em’ in.”

This post is probably directed at those who thought they may never see her again (Looking at you, Kandi Burruss). While she, of course, is no longer in the roller coaster of a relationship with her former spouse, Apollo Nida, she does find herself back in the throws of relationship drama.

I guess that would explain her appearance on such a production, right? Here is another post from her Instagram page, one that highlights her new relationship with actor Median Islam, the relationship that her stint on Marriage Boot Camp will obviously focus on.

While this is just a return to television in general, the word is that she is in line to also regain her status as a Real Housewife of Atlanta as well. While the reports are dicey at the moment, all signs do tend to indicate that she will once again hold out her peach sometime in the near future.

This comes despite most of these same reports indicating that such a fact would be against the wishes of Kandi Burruss, go figure though(*sips).

In any situation, we are glad to see Phaedra back up and at it. At the very least, her presence on tv and perhaps even RHOA in this coming season will be a welcomed one and should make for some extremely quotable entertainment.

The Real Housewives of Atlanta will be back next year.
