RHOA: Kenya Moore spilled tea on Kandi Burruss channel about Nene Leakes

With the RHOA reunion almost behind them, the ladies have been taking to their YouTube channels to clear the air on some things.

Kenya Moore was on Kandi Burruss’s YouTube channel, KandiOnline, during her Speak On It segment about the RHOA season 12 reunion.  Back in February, it came out that Nene Leakes hired Lisa Bloom, a high-profile attorney, but it wasn’t clear why.  It was speculated that she was suing Bravo for various reasons but she never came out and said what.

Kandi also confirmed that the day after the reunion filmed, she received a letter from Nene’s attorney and accused Kandi of using Nene’s likeness without her permission.  It was apparently a video on the same channel that used a clip with Nene in it.  Kandi removed the video.

Well, Kenya spilled the tea about the situation and confirmed that Nene (allegedly) did hire Lisa to sue Bravo and their production company.  Kenya said that Nene was upset she was always having meetings about potential new shows but that they didn’t go anywhere.  She also said that Nene felt this was causing her to lose work in other areas.

Kenya alleged that Nene doesn’t actually have any talent, and that’s why she isn’t getting other work.  It isn’t like Bravo has a lack of spin-off shows, as we’ve seen with Kandi’s many shows.  It does seem like they would have offered her something if they thought it would fly with viewers.

Perhaps back in her heyday a show would have been a good idea, but Nene has done a great job of alienating viewers and fans alike.  Nene has been going around saying she thinks she deserves a raise, but maybe it is time for her to let her peach retire.

Kenya isn’t everyone’s cup of tea and she comes off a little too strong, but she made some valid points about Nene and her behavior.  What’s next for Mrs. Leakes?  Only time (and Bravo) will tell.
