The former RHONJ star has been in Italy awaiting the news on his finale deportation appeal, but it was denied earlier today.

Teresa Giudice has been without her husband, Joe Giudice, for years now.  While the RHONJ stars went to prison separately, there was initially hope of reconciliation once they were both out.  Joe was deported to Italy back in Oct. 2019 where he has been ever since.  His final deportation appeal was still working its way through the system at that time, but it has officially been denied, according to The Blast.

The paperwork obtained by The Blast says, “It is now hereby ORDERED and ADJUDGED by this Court that the petition for review of the decision of the Board of Immigration Appeals entered on April 11, 2019, is DENIED.”  This was his final appeal on the decision and means he will never be allowed back into America.

Teresa and the girls have been over to Italy to see their dad and were even supposed to be there for Easter.  Teresa and Joe announced their separation in Dec. 2019 but have still been on good terms.

The struggles with Joe have been featured on The Real Housewives of New Jersey’s twelfth season – even the conversation that they were probably not going to remain married.  Teresa finally admitted that Joe had cheated on her at one point and it was clear his lack-of-presence was wearing on Joe and his whole family.

There is no reason noted in the paperwork for the denial, but Joe did commit felonies without being a citizen which leaves little wiggle room.  Perhaps they will still get some sort of relief from the debacle finally being over.

Teresa’s father, Giacinto “Nonno” Gorga, passed away only weeks ago after battling an illness, and Joe offered his condolences from afar.

The Real Housewives of New Jersey will be back later this year.
