The daughter of former RHOC star, Jeana Keough, revealed the devastating loss on Instagram just days after losing her son during birth.

Jeana Keough was an original RHOC cast member through the first five seasons and remained a guest and friend for a few more.  She was always well-liked by viewers, as was her daughter, Kara Keough.  Kara is now married to Kyle Bosworth and goes by Kara Bosworth now.  Kara and Kyle currently share a daughter named Decker Kate (age 4) and were expecting another child, named McCoy.

On April 6, McCoy Casey Bosworth was born just after 3 AM weighing more than 11 pounds.  Kara said in her Instagram post that McCoy experienced “shoulder dystocia and a compressed umbilical cord,” which caused him to pass away during the traumatic labor.  Kara and Kyle donated his organs to save other babies in need, one of the most difficult and selfless acts one could offer at such a time.

Kara asked that the team helping with the donation of McCoy’s organs be read a note honoring the gifts he had to offer.  “May it be said that McCoy Casey Bosworth left this world in a better place, for a better place…. that he made an impact… that he was an answered prayer… that he was a hero.  May angels lead him in.”

Andy Cohen left a comment of, “Sending love and prayers to your family,” on the post.  Vicki Gunvalson said, “Bless you, Kyle, Decker and your family. I am so sorry honey.”  Many other friends left their condolences on her Instagram post.  Jeana also linked to the post on her own Instagram stories, but has not said anything yet.

Our thoughts are with the Keough and Bosworth families at this time.  Rest in peace, McCoy.
