Bethenny Frankel and her BStrong crew are working hard to gather donations to assist large and small hospitals with extra supplies and masks.

During her time on The Real Housewives of New York, Bethenny Frankel was a polarizing figure.  Love her or hate her though, she and her team are working hard to assist medical professionals across the country in their time of need.  Bethenny and BStrong had gathered 450,000 masks as of last night and said that they were working towards one million in the coming days.

If you check out Bethenny’s Twitter feed, she has been taking suggestions and requests from people all over the country who are in need of masks and other supplies.  People have been tagging her on Twitter, Instagram, and any other way they can to get attention to hospitals in need.

Bethenny’s boyfriend, Paul Bernon, Maria Menounos, and Katie Couric have all donated to the cause.  Montefiore Medical Center in New York is in need of one million masks alone but is already on Bethenny’s radar.  Other people have been tweeting and asking for help with smaller overwhelmed hospitals around the country.

While the hospitals and medical facilities around the country are overwhelmed providing care for patients, programs like BStrong are trying to fill in the gaps.  Many other groups are working on their own to provide masks where needed, and even individuals with supplies have been donating anything they can.
