After feeling under the weather and staying home for a few days, Bravo’s own Andy Cohen tested positive for the coronavirus.

Earlier on Friday, Andy Cohen said that he was taking his Watch What Happens Live home with him and inviting friends Nene Leakes, Ramona Singer, and Jerry O’Connell to join him for a home edition of the hit show.  Just a few hours later, Andy took to his personal Instagram to let fans and viewers know that he had tested positive for the coronavirus after feeling unwell for a few days.

Andy has been working and broadcasting from home for a few days but was keeping up with his programming and Instagram-live-ing, but apparently got tested on Friday.  His caption reads, “After a few days of self-quarantine, and not feeling great, I have tested positive for Coronavirus.”  He thanked all of the medical professionals working hard to care for everyone, himself included, and said WWHL was on hold for the time being.

On Thursday, Andy tweeted that he was having trouble finding a test to confirm his illness.  He mentioned that his information was taken on the hotline but did not get any further info.  He also said his doctor didn’t have access to a test.

Vicki Gunvalson better be whipping up one of her finest casseroles to send to Andy since we know how she feels about casserole gifts in times of need.  But either way, the state of New York has been hit very hard due to the number of people in such a small area.

Andy isn’t the only celebrity who tested positive for the coronavirus recently, Other celebrities who have revealed a positive coronavirus diagnosis include Idris Elba, Tom Hanks, Rita Wilson, Kevin Durant and Colton Underwood from The Bachelor.
