Vicki Gunvalson started her own podcast, Whoop It Up with Vicki, to spill all the tea on RHOC, her former castmates, and everything in between.

Post-RHOCVicki Gunvalson has filled her time spilling the beans about her former employer.  Her foray into podcasting with Whoop It Up with Vicki, has got to break some of the clauses in her iron-clad Bravo contracts.  So in the case that her episodes get wiped from the internet, we listened to them so you don’t have to!

First things first

The podcast theme song sounds like something you’d hear in a discount Mexican restaurant mid-day but it’s Vicki themed.  Anyway, the first episode is called “It’s Time to Meet the REAL Vicki Gunvalson, Not Just the ‘Real Housewife’ Pt.1.”  This sounds like a very low effort title for your first-ever podcast, but I digress.

The 35-minute long episode starts out with Vicki insisting she came up with the title “Real Housewives.”  She insists the was the first housewife on the first franchise and the first-ever thought about a housewife that ever existed.

Evolution (the production company) said Vicki no longer had a storyline and they offered her a “friend of” role.  Vicki didn’t accept that and asked for them to call it a “reduced” role.  But production said she was predictable and that doesn’t make for interesting television.  Vicki insists that Evolution “dangled a carrot” that if she came back in her reduced role, she would be brought back on full-time soon.

Vicki also says she’ll always be friends with Shannon Storms Beador and Tamra Judge, but will forever hate Braunwyn Windham-Burke.  She mentions that production “made” Braunwyn hate Vicki.  Vicki said that the Tres Amigas nickname was fully supported by production and it was a natural grouping of friends.
