The Real Housewives of Atlanta’s Porsha Williams is navigating life after a baby and trying to keep her family together, but is Dennis McKinley ready for that?

Porsha Williams storyline on this season of The Real Housewives of Atlanta revolves around the infidelity of her ex-but-also-current boyfriend/fiance, Dennis McKinley.   Last week on the show, Dennis surprised Porsha and the girls on their Toronto trip, where he ended up proposing in front of everyone.

So many snakes, so little time

For a lot of viewers, and presumably Porsha’s family and friends, this was a sneaky snake move.  He basically forced Porsha into saying yes to the relationship again.  Of course, she could have said no, but it’s clear Porsha’s goal is to have her family back together again.  If only there was a way to keep your family together, such as not cheating on your fiance while pregnant.  I digress.  Porsha and her sister, Lauren, went over to their mother’s house.

An olive branch offering

Porsha’s mom, Diana, was vocal about how she feels about the situation.  Diana wants Dennis to take responsibility for what he did and commit to Porsha and his family again.  Now, both families are gathering to hear Dennis out and try to move past the infidelity.  You can watch the clip at BravoTV.com.

“Dennis sitting down with my mom and my sister is a chance for him to really put his money where his mouth is.”  The problem is that Dennis seems to be great at saying what he needs to say…but not actually doing it.  He says that all the “stuff” he did isn’t reason enough for Porsha’s family to be mad…or to block his number.  Yes, Dennis, it is.

“Today is about an olive branch that I’m extending to fix this family,” Dennis said to the families.  Now, all we can do is wait and see if he lives up to his words.  And if you’re invested in this relationship…you’ll ignore the never-ending news that he is cheating on Porsha. Again.
