The former RHOC cast member, Alexis Bellino, posted about her maids on social media and people did not respond well.  Understandably so.

Alexis Bellino posted a photo of her couches on social media the other day and called out her maids for not cleaning up socks under the couch.  In the former RHOC star’s Instagram post, she said, “When your couch accidentally disconnects and you realize your maids aren’t doing deep cleaning.”  She went on to say she also found two socks.  I am playing a very tiny violin for Alexis as we speak.  Alexis is clearly still living the high life, paying maids to “deep clean” her home so she has time to post about it on Instagram.

The comments on the post ranged from, “Fire them lol,” “Wow, I’m so sorry this is a catastrophe.. 😏🤦🏻‍♀️,” and “You only found 2 socks🙄.”  Honestly, if you went under my couch right now there’s probably a whole sock farm, a hair tie factory (thank you cats) and probably enough cat fur and hair to clone a new human (or cat).  If she was so upset about the twenty down pillow feathers and single pen, perhaps she should have let her maids know instead of posting it on social media?  How is that going to solve the problem?

All of the backlash caused her to post not one but two Instagram posts in response.  The first post read, “My maids are well paid for and I love them.  It was a joke.”  The second post read, “I’m actually enjoying blocking all of you haters…I don’t really care what you think of me.”  Followed by saying God blesses all of her followers and doesn’t want them hating on social media.  Is that not literally what she did to her maids?

We hope Alexis can overcome this adversity and persevere.   It must be very hard to find two socks under your couch.  Where’s Tamra Judge when you need her?  I wonder if she has socks under her couch…

The Real Housewives of Orange County is on Bravo at 9 PM every Tuesday.
