The Real Housewives of Dallas: LeeAnne was on her worst behavior in Thailand
By Amanda Cline
The Real Housewives of Dallas went to some tourist shows in the red light district, and LeeAnne did not appreciate their patronage.
The Real Housewives of Dallas was in Thailand still for the most recent episode, and LeeAnne Locken was still acting her worst. After last week when she called Kary Brittingham a “chirpy Mexican” and then told her to use her “Mexican words,” LeeAnne continued on that path. She claims that since Kary is proud of her Mexican heritage, or her nationality, it’s okay to make fun of her for it.
The real problem
Stephanie Hollman has a theory that LeeAnne is mad that Kary and Kameron Westcott are bonding, and she might just be right. When LeeAnne said that when Kary and Kameron ran out of the show, “where was the big, bad Kary?” Why does LeeAnne even care if Kary and Kam ran out? “Mrs. ‘I can defend myself because I’m from Mexico.'” What does her being born in Mexico have to do with anything? Again, it seems like she was just mad that Kameron and Kary were doing something together.
To be honest, LeeAnne was all over the place this episode. She was mad about the elephants being in captivity but okay with going to a Thai “ladyboy” show until they went. She even compared herself to the abused elephant as she was once used herself in the carnival. Then she was upset about sex trafficking and the sex trade. If you are truly against it, don’t support it and go to the show? Pick a lane, LeeAnne!
Once the ladies left the show, LeeAnne claimed they were in a bad part of town and made everyone go home. Once home, she flipped out about the sex trade and how many sex workers they just saw.
I wish LeeAnne would take some of her outrage and do something about the things she is so upset about. It would have been better for her to highlight the issues with the shows and why tourists should not support them (looking at you, Bravo) but instead, she made it about her past…again.
The Real Housewives of Dallas is on Wednesdays at 9 PM ET on Bravo.
