The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City is definitely a thing, check out what we know so far about the newest franchise to join the Housewives ranks.

The city of Daybreak in Utah is a “master-planned community” that began construction in 2004, according to Wikipedia.  The city is within South Jordan and seems too good to be true from first appearances.  Word on the street is that since the announcement of The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City at BravoCon those streets have been buzzing with camera crews, production members, and NDA’s.

One of the wives rumored to be joining the cast is Whitney Rose.  Whitney owns the skincare company Iris and Beau, which describes itself as natural anti-aging skincare. There have been photos leaked of a vow renewal being filmed by a camera crew, and Whitney appears to be the bride.

Two other rumored wives, Heather Gay, and Lisa Barlow, were supposedly in attendance.  The local Salt Lake Tribune has some good information on the wives.  Heather is involved in the Beauty Lab + Laser practice, and Lisa has a tequila company called Vida Tequila.

Angie Harrington has a blog, The Fashion Fuse, where she talks about children winning a pair of Yeezy shoes for winning a gingerbread house building contest.  Meredith Marks has a jewelry company named after herself.   Sara McArthur-Pierce’s Instagram bio says she’s a “Proud Mental Health Advocate + Life Coach,” and that she is a mom of six.

The final rumored wife is Jen Shah, who supposedly runs a marketing company called The Shah Squad.  I can’t find anything about them online, which is…a bad sign if that’s really what they do.  This Instagram post was a choice, and a bad one at that.  It looks like the business hasn’t fully launched yet, so I’m sure if she’s on the show we will get to see all of that happen.

That’s seven new potential women to grace our televisions sometime in 2020.  It appears filming is still in the early stages and the cast probably isn’t even set in stone yet.  It will be interesting to see what comes up in the next few weeks about the wives and storylines.
