Real Housewives of Orange County: Who is new housewife Braunwyn Windham-Burke?

RHOC Season 14 is back on Tuesday, August 6, at 9 PM with a new wife, Braunwyn Windham-Burke, joining the cast.

RHOC’s Braunwyn Windham-Burke is apparently a friend of Kelly’s from the Balboa Bay Club, according to her bio on Bravo’s website. 

She has a blog, called Barefoot in Heels – “Globe Trotting Mom to 7 Amazing Kids,” that she hopes to turn into a book.  Braunwyn’s kids go from around 1-year-old to…18 years old? 19 years old?  Her children are named Hazel, Koa, Caden Curran, Jacob, Rowan and Bella.  Braunwyn’s husband, Sean, is the CEO of Channelstars.

In the previews, it looks like Shannon Storms Beador and Braunwyn might actually get along this season.  There is bound to be tension with Braunwyn and Vicki Gunvalson since she’s been demoted.

The “about” section on her blog is fairly simple: “My life is kinda ridiculous. Why am I doing this? Well, because people keep asking me to.”  The blog itself really does not have much content.  Some sections have eight posts, the travel section has just over 20. Each post is around 200 words, it reads more like an extended tweet than an actual blog post.

Her husband’s company, Channelstars, calls itself “a multi-collaborative workspace built around like-minded entrepreneurs, creatives, brand strategists, writers, and so many others.”

Braunwyn calls herself a superfan of the show and all things Bravo, and you know how that usually goes.  Based on her Instagram, Braunwyn loves to travel and loves to be with her family.   She seems like she will be a good fit for the RHOC crew – it definitely needed some new people in the mix.

There’s been a lot of drama with Gina Kirschenheiter’s husband was arrested on suspicion of domestic violence, while Kelly Dodd is accused of having a drug problem.  You know Vicki is going to flip out if the Tres Amigas replaces her..
