The Real Housewives of Potomac are back in New Orleans this week in “The Big Easy Show Down.”  Shots, shots, and a few more shots.

Back in New Orleans, Karen Huger ended up leaving the dinner and cooking class early to head back to the hotel room early.  Gizelle Bryant is on instagram when she happens to see that Karen is doing an instagram live.  The rest of The Real Housewives of Potomac ladies head out to get wild, while Karen stays in her room for the rest of the night.

To be, or not to be

Ashley Darby finds out she is not pregnant while in New Orleans, so she decides to get a little extra wild.  She says when she gets home, she is going to “ride Michael like a wild gator.  Or a crocodile. Because he’s Australian.” Honestly, please stop.  I beg you.

Candiace Dillard Bassett says she doesn’t believe Ashley is really trying to get pregnant, and this changes the tone of the rest of the night.  Everyone is pretty wasted and this is definitely not the time to discuss such a sensitive topic.

Candiace says she has an “honorary M.D.” (Doctor of Medicine) but Ashley quips M.D. stands for “madly delusional.”  I, too, watch Grey’s Anatomy.

If you remember from the past few episodes, Candiace keeps hinting she has some dirt on Michael Darby she has yet to share.  Wonder when she’ll fill us in.

The Whitney Plantation

On a very not funny note, the ladies go visit The Whitney Plantation, a museum that is devoted to the history of slavery.  Gizelle’s father happens to work here and give The Real Housewives of Potomac women a tour.

One of the sections of the tour includes the field of Angels.  According to the Whitney Plantation website:

"The field of Angels is a section of the slave memorial dedicated to 2,200 Louisiana slave children who died before their third birth date and documented in the Sacramental Records of the Archdiocese of New Orleans. Their names are engraved on granite slabs along with quotes describing their everyday life."

We appreciate learning more about the RHOP ladies and the history of their families, and our country, during this episode.

Based on the previews for next week, the ladies make their own parade and go visit a card reader. Dun dun dun…

The Real Housewives of Potomac in on Sundays at 8 PM ET on Bravo.
