Thomas Ravenel, Southern Charm star, is bogged down in scandals that have dragged in baby mama Kathryn Dennis, gal pal Ashley Jacobs, and show producers.

Thomas Ravenel has gone from the Southern Charm star who seemed to have it all (the babies for whom he’d longed, a gorgeous girlfriend, and plenty of pals) to scandals.

Facing allegations of sexual assault, Ravenel is in a situation that has sparked rumors involving the show itself to his baby mama Kathryn Dennis to his girlfriend Ashley Jacobs. And that’s just one of the scandals!

To rewrite the Southern Charm theme song to make it fit Thomas: “Ba-ba-doo..he’s had more tea spills than Lisa Rinna has pills.”

Bravo and Producers of Southern Charm have been caught up in the sexual allegations faced by Thomas, according to Page Six.

Dawn Ledwell, the former nanny to Thomas’ and Kathryn’s children, alleged that Ravenel sexually assaulted her last year. She filed a police report with the Charleston Police Department. Thomas has denied the charges.

But it isn’t just Ravenel involved in the scandal. Nanny Dawn, as she was known on the show, sued not just Ravenel but also producers of Southern Charm and Bravo. She alleged that the network and show failed to provide enough security and managed the story line to include sex and alcohol.

Ravenel has termed Southern Charm the worst mistake in his life.

The premiere of this season’s Southern Charm showed the cast responding to the news that Thomas had been arrested on assault and battery allegations.

Best responses:

• Patricia’s servant Michael the Butler: “I noticed that Mr. Ravenel was in the paper having some bit of difficulty.” (Patricia, of course, is more concerned about the lack of the silver tray for her martini. Oh a million pardons, madame.)
• At the news of the rape allegations from Nanny Dawn and the potential for Thomas to land behind bars for three years, Shep sounds off: “”Honestly, like, he can handle himself” (like, Shep, are you, like, a Valley Girl?)
• Cameran (the Voice of Reason and Wisdom on Southern Charm, with the hobby of managing Peter Pan boys who just don’t want to grow up – looking at you, Craig-who-insists-Naomi-isn’t-over-him-as-she-gloats-about-her-gorgeous-boyfriend). “I’m not saying anything negative about Thomas because I don’t want to be sued”

Kathryn Dennis gets dragged into Thomas Ravenel scandal

Dennis has also become part of Thomas’ scandal saga according to Radar Online.

The former nanny gave a deposition in which she alleged Ravenel “nearly amputed Kathryn’s hand in a car door” and threw cigarette butts at his baby mama.

The custody battle over Kensie and Saint has resulted in sealed documents, but the publication leaked some of the allegations.

Dawn also claimed that Thomas became so “angry at Kathryn for not keeping her house cleaning up [that Thomas] was pushing over bookshelves.”

In addition to the sexual assault allegations and claims about Ravenel’s treatment of Dennis, Nanny Dawn claimed that “the workplace violence came to the point where I had no choice along with him giving me half my hours to another nanny had no choice but to resign.”

Thomas Ravenel scandal raises new questions about Ashley Jacobs

Viewers of last season’s Southern Charm know that some of the cast were concerned about his girlfriend Ashley Jacobs. She appeared to have lost weight and spoke about some issues with her relationship.

The sexual assault allegations have turned the spotlight on Jacobs, particularly as to whether she has stayed loyal to Thomas.

Ravenel and Jacobs were seen together over the New Years holiday, according to Newsweek.

Kathryn had asked in court documentation that Ashley not be allowed to spend time with the children that she and Thomas share. Because of the allegations against Ravenel, Dennis is seeking sole custody.

Thomas Ravenel awaits trial: Patricia Altschul slams him

In addition to the sexual misconduct allegations, Thomas was charged with assault and battery. He is awaiting trial, per ET.

Patricia Altschul, the grande dame of Southern Charm,  now says that what she thought were Kathryn Dennis’ issues were actually problems that “really go back to Thomas.”

Patricia revealed that Ravenel was “very convincing and telling me things about Kathryn, and we didn’t really have any open communication.”

Now, however, she has become Dennis’ defender after learning “a lot from watching the show.”
