RHOP Season 4 premiere: Clankity clank! Episode one did NOT disappoint

Break out your favorite batch of “I’m sorry” chocolate chip cookies, RHOP is back and better than ever! All six Potomac ladies are back in action.

The Grand Dame of RHOP, Karen Huger, struggling to turn on her oven is just all too relatable.  No matter where you are, no oven is the same.

Karen is seen hanging out with her “friend” and not lawyer, Matt.  He chose to wear a long sleeve striped polo shirt, basketball shorts, and rainbow slides for this interaction.  Still unclear why Matt is so involved in Karen’s life, but hopefully we will find out soon.

Unfortunately for Ashley, a lot of the conversation tonight revolved around the accusations that Michael Darby sexually harassed a bravo employee.

Initially, we see Ashley sitting on Michael’s lap feeding him strawberries and whipped cream in her pink nightgown.  I believe the moment was supposed to be sexy, but it was hard to watch.

The scene ended with a montage of clips of the RHOP women finding out about the accusations on the news.  Shady!  We can’t wait to see how this plays out.

The “I’m sorry” cookies we mentioned before were made by Gizelle and her daughters, all of which look SO grown up. They did not appreciate her snake print leggings, but we did!  I am willing to eat the lo mein with mushrooms too.  Gizelle was making us hungry with all of that food.

Drama, Drama, Drama

Candiace dropped a bombshell on her mom by letting her know she had invited her half-brother to the wedding.  Candiace and her brother are closer these days, but her mom has never accepted his presence in her life.

We later find out that her older brother is actually the result of an extramarital affair.  She has embraced him and wants him there on her special day.  Though that is a difficult subject to talk about, we appreciate Candiace being the adult in this situation because, as usual, her mom has not taken that route.

Robyn and her huband, Juan, are doing great. She lets us know they are like “bunny rabbits” and then he wipes his sweaty forehead on her. How romantic.

On this episode, they go to a spa for massages.  They also learned how to give massages and then hopped in the hot tub with some champagne.  We are happy for them and how far they have come.

Last but certainly not least, Monique is pregnant with baby number three and is busy taking care of her family.  There is definitely some RHOP drama brewing between her, Gizelle, and Candiace at the wedding.

Whatever happens, it happens during THE wedding that we have never heard the end of, so it better not ruin anything for Candiace or…we will literally never hear the end of it.
