Real Housewives of Atlanta star Cynthia Bailey is ready to become your bikini body diet role model. The RHOA star just devoted 30 days to a new diet, and her Instagram photos show the impressive results.

Real Housewives Of Atlanta star goes on Dr. Ian’s special diet

Cynthia went on Dr. Ian’s Clean & Lean Diet for 30 days to improve her eating habits and become leaner, according to Rachael Ray.

And although Bailey didn’t have a specific number in mind when it came to using the diet for weight loss, the RHOA star’s Instagram photos show the results.

Dr. Ian explained that the diet requires following certain rules.

But as indicated by how fabulous the Real Housewives Of Atlanta star looks after her diet, it’s worth it!

So what exactly is a ‘clean & lean’ diet?

“Clean & Lean is clean eating meets intermittent fasting,” Dr. Ian says.

This plan involves dividing your day between “fasting times” and “feeding times.” During the fasting periods, it’s limited to water, tea, and coffee, causing your body to use “your fat stores for the energy,” he says.

Bonuses include reduced inflammation and boosted weight loss, says the physician.

The diet, which involves 30 clean foods for 30 days, ranges from fruits and vegetables to whole grains and cheese to olive oil and spices.

Dieters can split up their day as desired, such as 16 hours of feeding, 8 hours of fasting or 12 feeding, 12 fasting.

Examples of foods include Brazil nuts, leafy green vegetables such as spinach and kale, peas, avocado, banana, and yogurt.
