Southern Charm best episodes and memorable moments

Southern Charm has aired more fascinating episodes than Patricia Altschul has created martini recipes.

But some of the most memorable moments involved Thomas Ravenel, also known as T-Rav.

As Reddit fans recently discussed, the best “stupid moment” occurred when Thomas ran for Senate and Whitney orchestrated a ridiculous commercial.

And let us not forget that treasured reunion where Kathryn insisted that Ravenel had a close encounter of the sexual kind with a lesbian, warning the father of her children, “It’s gonna get legal!”

However, our personal best episode was with Craig and his then-girlfriend’s cat, Gizmo, with Craig showing off his gardening skills while pushing the cat in a wheel barrow.

Honorable mention goes to Landon of the dolphin voice, pleading with Thomas and flirting with Shep at various times. And then there was that epic fight involving Landon and Kathryn, where voices were pitched so high that my cat ran and hid under the bed for the rest of the episode.

Southern Charm salaries

Cast fight! That seems to be the theme when it comes to reports on the salaries of Southern Charm cast members.

Two of our favorites, Cameran Eubanks (also known as the Voice of Reason and the one who hilariously dubbed the guys as suffering from Peter Pan Syndrome) and eternal flirt/funny guy Shep Rose, got enormous raises, an insider told Radar Online.

“For the new season both Cameran and Shep got a big bump in their salary,” revealed the insider.

Prior to the raises, the entire cast made approximately the same per episode, $25,000 an episode, the equivalent of $425,000 for the past season, according to the source. But reportedly producers regarded Cam and Shep as the stand-out stars, resulting in their big increases.

As for the upcoming season 6, it premieres on Wednesday, May 15, at 8 p.m. ET/PT.

Our top favorite cast members are returning (bye, Thomas)! Starring again will be Craig Conover , Kathryn Dennis, Cameran Eubanks, Austen Kroll, Chelsea Meissner and Shep Rose. Also in the cast are Naomie Olindo and Eliza Limehouse.
