Inside The Real Housewives of Potomac Season 4

Real Housewives of Potomac stars Karen Huger, Gizelle Bryant, Ashley Darby, Robyn Dixon, Monique Samuels, Candiace Dillard Bassett, and even Katie Rost are all back for RHOP season 4.

Real Housewives of Potomac this season has babies, love, loss, old friends, new friends, a trip to New Orleans and enough drama to fill the streets of Potomac. Twice.

Real Housewives Of Potomoc: Who’s stealing center stage?

At the center of the drama this season is Ashley Darby and her husband, Michael.

In September of last year, Michael was accused of grabbing a Bravo TV crew member’s behind while filming an episode of The Real Housewives of Potomac. Michael was charged with felony assault and misdemeanor improper sexual conduct.

In October of last year, the case was dismissed “due to insufficient evidence.”

Though the case was dropped in the court system, the cast of RHOP considers Michael guilty.  At one point, Karen says “Clankity clank. The bar of soap? You might want to help your husband.”  Ashley, who is pregnant with their first child, is obviously deeply upset at the allegations and the behavior of her fellow cast members.

Monique is back for another season, pregnant and arguing with Gizelle in the previews.  Her and her husband Chris Samuels welcomed their third child on November 26th of last year.

Creole Queen Gizelle has been working on her EveryHue Beauty line, which has made its way onto Target shelves.  In addition to EveryHue, Gizelle also has on a fiction book, titled My World, available on Amazon.

In addition to last season’s wedding planning drama, Candiace is still stressed about the upcoming nuptials to her now husband Chris Bassett.  Will her mom let her plan the wedding, or will she continue to push Candiace to do what she wants?

The self-proclaimed Grand Dame of Potomac herself, Karen, has had a tough year.  She lost both of her parents and is still working on launching her perfume line.  It looks like it will be out around May.

Robyn and her ex-husband Juan Dixon are doing better this season, but their relationship status remains as “unknown.”  Robyn says they are “like bunny rabbits,” which works for them because bunnies don’t care about marital status.  Her relationship with her ex-husband has always been a topic of conversation for the other RHOP women.

Last but certainly not least is the return of Katie from season 1.  Katie has had a wild ride since leaving the show, and is back in a “friend of” role. Her personal life has been in the press frequently due to legal and relationship issues, so it will be interesting to see what she shares this season.
