In case you missed that episode, de Lesseps has a strong relationship with Jovani, a designer gown brand based in New York, according to the New York Post.

During Luann’s cabaret show, as shown in a mid-August episode of the Real Housewives Of New York, Dorinda Medley screamed “Jovani!” repeatedly.

Medley was mad because she had provided Luann with free gowns for her show and de Lesseps didn’t reciprocate by giving Dorinda’s boyfriend an invitation for opening night.

Hence Medley screaming “Jovani!” in an off-again, off-again yelp throughout the show…and Luann proving she can laugh about it in her Instagram post.
