Real Housewives Of New York (RHONY) star Sonja Morgan isn’t one to hold back her feelings. She’s spilling the tea on all aspects of her body.

Real Housewives Of New York (RHONY) has long been one of our favorite shows, and star Sonja Morgan is among our faves as well.

So when we learned that Morgan was spilling the tea on everything from baring her body on stage to shaping up for summer, we wanted to share the delicious gossip with our readers.

Sonja has been a popular cast member of Real Housewives of New York City since 2010. And in contrast to some of her friends on the show, Morgan has never shown any indication of body image problems.

She feels her experience as a model caused her to “really lose inhibitions when you’re dressing behind-the-scenes,” Sonja told Fox News.

As a result when Morgan hopped on stage with Luann de Lesseps to perform “Money Can’t Buy You Class,” Sonja took a major wardrobe malfunction in stride.

Staying in tune, Morgan was totally exposed when her wrap dress got untied. She just picked up the pieces and re-wrapped herself as the audience gasped.

But although Sonja has positive body image, she does want to take time to get her best bikini body ever before summer.

CoolSculpting, a treatment that targets specific areas that don’t respond to exercise or diet, has been the answer for the Real Housewives Of New York star, she said.

In addition, Morgan eats a plant-based diet and focuses on raw food. She’s also careful with her skin, taking baths rather than showers and using humidifiers as well as air-purifiers.
