She hinted that they were now together in heaven and she thanked them both for loving her unconditionally. Since Bethenny is such a high profile person in the reality television world, it comes as no surprise that photographers are following her everywhere.

And yet, people seem to think that Bethenny Frankel is staging many of the stories that are circulating in the press. Apparently, many people believe that the focus was on Dennis’ family until Bethenny started surfacing and that’s when the focus shifted to her.

It could be a natural shift, as Dennis’ family aren’t on a reality show, and may not want to grieve in public. They may hate the headlines, whereas Bethenny Frankel has built an empire being on television and in the media.
