Ashley Darby defends her behavior towards Candiace Dillard

Ashley Darby was accused of ignoring her friend Candiace Dillard in France while taking a photo. Now, she’s revealing she had plenty of time.

Ashley Darby brought Candiace Dillard into her group of friends who have been filming The Real Housewives of Potomac. Since they were friends before filming the show, one could imagine that Ashley would be there for Candiace as she went through various arguments with the ladies. However, it seemed like Darby quickly turned on her and let her friend fight on her own with the cast members. In fact, it seemed like Darby was also the one criticizing her when things got tough.

When the cast was in France for their cast trip, Ashley Darby and Robyn Dixon were taking some photos when Dillard wanted to have a conversation with them. But Ashley and Robyn just wanted to take pictures, so they didn’t engage. Perhaps they thought there were a better time and a better place for them to have the talk. The Real Housewives of Potomac fans decided to reach out, saying Ashley was being rude to her friend and she should have given her time.

But on Twitter, Ashley Darby explained that she was having fun with Robyn and didn’t see the need to stop everything for a conversation that could have easily taken place at another time. She also adds that she would have been happy to talk to her at the hotel when they weren’t exploring the French countryside.

It’s possible that they will talk about this at the reunion, as Candiace claims that Ashley and Robyn had labeled her a princess. However, it was indeed Dillard that had brought up the label “princess” when she claimed that she hated it when Chris called her that.
