Ramona Singer didn’t come to Bethenny’s assistance when she was having a reaction to the fish soup. And fans are split on how to react to that.

She seemed almost excited. She then changed her tone, saying Frankel should have told everyone about her allergy. On Twitter, people noticed that while Ramona talked so positively about her friends’ allergy, she never actually went to check on Frankel who was dying in her bathroom in Colombia.

In fact, none of her The Real Housewives of New York co-stars checked on Bethenny as she was throwing up and trying to get over the reaction she was having. She has previously revealed that she has an allergy to fish, but she didn’t even think about checking the soup before eating. It could have been an honest mistake, but viewers thought Ramona was downright wrong for leaving her friend alone.

Several people called out Ramona Singer for seemingly enjoying the fact that Bethenny Frankel was struggling with her allergic reaction. But one person even suggested that Ramona get her own spin-off show as she clearly has some interesting reactions to things.
