Luann de Lesseps heads back on Instagram after heading back to rehab

Luann de Lesseps was back on Instagram this weekend after checking herself into rehab after a relapse. But why is she on Instagram now?

Luann de Lesseps announced last week that she was going back to rehab. The decision was rather sudden but fans later learned that she may have relapsed after learning that she was being sued by her ex-husband and her kids. They didn’t believe that she had upheld a deal made in their divorce papers, where she would put money aside for her kids in a trust fund. Instead, she’s been splurging money on a home in Sag Harbor and she was selling that home to get a place in New York.

The lawsuit seemed to come out of nowhere and sources say that Luann de Lesseps felt completely betrayed by her kids. Since she isn’t filming The Real Housewives of New York right now, none of this will be featured on the show. But Bethenny Frankel will address it on the reunion special, as Luann checked herself in just one day before the reunion special was filmed for this past season.

However, just days after checking into rehab, Luann de Lesseps shared a quote on Instagram Live, where she talked about not having regrets.

"“Never regret a day in your life: good days give happiness, bad days give experience, worst days give lessons, and best days give memories.”"

Since she can’t defend herself on the reunion special, Luann may have thought the quote was necessary to show her side of the story. But fans were surprised to see her with her phone in rehab, a place that should be keeping all electronics away from her.
