Luann de Lesseps sued: Could marriage to Thomas D’Agostino be why?

Luann de Lesseps is being sued by her ex-husband and kids because they feel she’s spent the money on herself that was supposed to be a trust for her kids.

Luann de Lesseps didn’t talk about her family too much while filming The Real Housewives of New York. Luann was focused on her arrest, getting healthy, and keeping her name out of the press. Her co-stars were talking about her case on the show, but she never really talked about her kids. Her daughter Victoria did talk about her marriage to Thomas D’Agostino, hinting that it was a bad idea for them to get married. But there were no talks about money, trust funds or inheritance for the kids.

Over the weekend, the news broke that Luann de Lesseps was being sued by her ex-husband and her kids. The lawsuit claims that Luann was using the money that was supposed to be in a trust fund for her kids so she could get a home in New York. It’s no secret that she just listed her home in Sag Harbor, but her ex-husband believes that she’s spending all of the money intended to be for her kids. She hasn’t said anything about financial issues on The Real Housewives of New York.

While Luann de Lesseps does get money from Bravo, she doesn’t have a job outside of the show. But it does seem odd that her kids and ex-husband are suing her now. It’s possible that she’s spending her money on getting a place in the city with the hopes of making the money back for her kids.
