Monique Samuels is now speaking out about Karen Huger and she’s coming to her defense over the drama on RHOP.

Monique Samuels has been on The Real Housewives of Potomac for two seasons and while she hasn’t grown close to Karen Huger over the past year, she has no problem calling it like she sees it. In fact, she doesn’t see Karen as the horrible person that many people are seeing. On the show, Karen seems to be very protective of her husband, their finances, and his legal problems. Of course, she doesn’t want to give the ladies too much information, but it seems like her co-stars simply want to understand what she’s going through.

On Twitter, Monique Samuels came to her co-star’s defense, as  The Real Housewives of Potomac viewers had plenty to say about Huger’s behavior on the show. Viewers are noticing that Karen isn’t treating her co-stars with respect and the way she’s handling the whole financial scandal is downright shady. It seems that she wants to control what people know, even though the details of her husband’s financial issues have been documented in the press.

When Monique Samuels saw that people were calling out Karen for being defensive and shady this season, she decided to speak out. She didn’t feel that Karen was shady at all. Instead, she thought that Karen had been attacked all season.

One could argue that the only reason why Karen is being attacked or questioned is that she isn’t being honest or upfront about the whole situation, involving the IRS. She hasn’t talked about her husband’s finances since the first couple of episodes.

What do you think of Monique Samuels’ comment that Karen seems to be the victim of this season of the show? Do you agree with her?
