Recently, she didn’t go on the trip to Miami with the ladies to support NeNe Leakes, and this caused a brand new wave of rumors.

One rumor was that she had been fired from The Real Housewives of Atlanta and wasn’t filming with the other ladies. Another rumor was that Kenya Moore had a high-risk pregnancy and couldn’t fly while she was pregnant. But another rumor, a rather innocent one, surfaced on her Instagram page. While Moore was busy promoting her new haircare products, one person reached out to her, asking if it was true that she was carrying twins. While Kenya hasn’t said anything about the pregnancy, it could explain why she didn’t go on the trip, as twin pregnancies are often considered high-risk.

Since Kenya Moore did get IVF help to get pregnant, it’s possible that she chose to implant two embryos. This means that she could be pregnant with twins, but it’s also possible that it is just a high-risk pregnancy as she is in her mid-40s.
