Bethenny Frankel has made her fortune on RHONY, as she created a product while filming the show. But is she overdoing it?

Bethenny Frankel seems to be a very smart businesswoman, who knows when to jump on an opportunity. When she was filming the first few seasons of The Real Housewives of New York, she was working hard on creating a low-calorie margarita that was somewhat healthy. Over the years, she managed to get it into production and the product ended up selling so well that Jim Beam offered to buy the business for a reported $100 million. Given her success, Bethenny has also launched her new jeans line and she’s always on the lookout for a new property to flip.

In other words, Bethenny Frankel isn’t filming The Real Housewives of New York for a paycheck. She’s using it as a marketing platform because it has worked so well for her in the past. That’s possibly why she chose to come back to the show. But fans are growing tired of her products, as she seems to mention them all the time on the show. During the past couple of weeks, Bethenny has been confronted with some issues in regards to Carole Radziwill and Jill Zarin, but she kept changing the conversation back to her business products.

And it seemed like fans took notice, as some people joked about her business on Twitter. Some even quoted some conversations and then how Bethenny changed the topic.

Of course, Frankel is a business owner so it makes sense that she wants to promote her business products. However, fans want to see more of her personal life and less of her products.

These days, she’s gearing up to film the reunion special for the show. Andy Cohen seems to understand her strategy and won’t be questioning her decision to share so many products. He may see it as a smart thing to do.
