Bethenny Frankel recently returned home from a quick trip to Guatemala. Now, she’s giving fans an update on the dire situation.

Bethenny Frankel is currently preparing for another hurricane season and she’s gathering supplies and donations so she can help people out immediately after the devastations hit. Hurricane season hasn’t really started yet, so she’s trying to stay ahead of the trouble to come. But Frankel and her team weren’t ready for a volcano rupture in Guatemala. Within days of the devastation, they decided to travel to Guatemala for a few days where they could help out with some donations. Bethenny documented everything on Instagram Live and it was clear that things were rough in Guatemala.

But since she has been in Guatemala and Puerto Rico, Bethenny Frankel is now revealing that she can already spot major differences. She went to Puerto Rico while filming The Real Housewives of New York, so fans have a first-hand glimpse of the devastation there. On Twitter, Bethenny revealed that Guatemala residents are trying to move forward, as the military is there to help out and clowns are entertaining the kids. In Puerto Rico, they had nothing.

Bethenny Frankel has been back to Puerto Rico since the hurricane hit last year. There’s still plenty of things to do on the island, but Bethenny stayed at a hotel with a pool during her last trip there.

These days, Bethenny is gearing up for the reunion special for The Real Housewives of New York, where she may be bombarded with questions about Puerto Rico and her feud with Carole Radziwill.
