Sherman Douglas arrested? Gizelle Bryant’s ex has an interesting past

Gizelle Bryant was dumped by Sherman Douglas during last night’s episode of RHOP, but it sounds like he may have an interesting past.

Sherman Douglas appeared to be the topic of discussion on last night’s episode of The Real Housewives of Potomac. For a long time, Sherman appeared to be into Gizelle, as the two continued to date. But when he didn’t show up for her birthday celebrations, her friends knew something was up. Why was he absent? Did he not care about her anymore? Did they have a fight?

As The Real Housewives of Potomac came to an end last night, Gizelle revealed that she and Sherman Douglas had ended their relationship. While she claims that it was due to communication issues, her co-star Monique Samuels hinted that he had a history of cheating and that she wouldn’t be surprised if he had a wandering eye when it came to Bryant.

Monique brought up an old arrest that supposedly happened when he was cheating on his wife with a so-called mistress who was being paid for performing sexual favors. That was what she was implying. However, it sounds like it could have been a rumor, as there wasn’t much to find online about his arrest. But it was surprising to see Karen Huger gossip about Gizelle’s relationship, especially since she is going through her own issues and may want the attention off her.

But according to the Washington Post, there is one piece on Sherman Douglas. As it turns out, he was linked to a crime back in 1991. Back then, he was playing basketball and his attorney has revealed that he was merely a witness in a case. He wasn’t arrested but merely subpoenaed. He was just in his 20s back then, so it’s possible that the so-called arrest discussed on the show happened later.
