Brandi Redmond and her husband just announced that they had adopted a son. Now, she’s opening up about how it all happened.

Brandi Redmond has kept a low profile over the past couple of months, possibly because she’s been filming the newest season of The Real Housewives of Dallas. It’s no secret that these ladies can’t talk about the show when they are filming. Kelly Dodd from The Real Housewives of Orange County was recently fined by Bravo because she decided to dish details about an argument she was having with Vicki Gunvalson. This was part of the show, something that Bravo wanted to save for the show.

However, Brandi Redmond has been keeping a low profile for a different season. Yesterday, the news broke that The Real Housewives of Dallas star and her husband had adopted a little baby boy. On the previous season of the show, Redmond revealed that she and her husband were having fertility issues and she opened up to Stephanie Hollman about having a miscarriage.

But it sounds like she had a backup plan. These two adopted a little baby boy back in December. She recently did an interview with People magazine, explaining that they adopted the baby boy from two teenagers. Brandi also explains that the adoption happened rather fast.

When she told Stephanie Hollman about the miscarriage last year, she didn’t talk about the possibility of an adoption. However, it sounds like she and her husband wanted a baby so much that an adoption was part of their plan. They seem over the moon about the adoption and since it happened over Christmas, it’s possible it will be part of the upcoming season of The Real Housewives of Dallas.
