Meghan King Edmonds is still pregnant, but she’s excited to give birth to her twin boys. She’s aiming for a drug-free birth with both babies.

Meghan King Edmonds is currently 36 weeks pregnant and she looks like she’s ready to pop with her twin boys. Back when she was filming The Real Housewives of Orange County, Meghan revealed that she was pregnant. She was only a few weeks along but because she was doing IVF, she knew when she would be pregnant. At the time, she could reveal that they were pregnant with a boy, but she didn’t know that it was twins. This was something she shared on Instagram when she opened up about her pregnancy a few months later.

Usually, twin pregnancies can be complicated and mothers often end up giving birth before the 40-week mark. That’s why Meghan King Edmonds is currently on birth watch, as she knows she could get contractions at any time. Fans of the former The Real Housewives of Orange County star are also watching her social media accounts, as she could share the birth and more details about her sons.

On Instagram, it appears that Meghan King Edmonds is staying busy with her toddler daughter, Aspen. She will be under two by the time Meghan welcomes the twins, which means she will have a busy household.

She decided to leave the show behind because she wanted to focus on having a healthy and stress-free pregnancy. She had no interest in filming a show, where the ladies yell at one another. She had the same considerations when she was pregnant with Aspen, but chose to return. Now, she’s relocating to St. Louis with her husband Jimmy, which means she’s not in Orange County to film.
