While Bethenny has always been a believer in healthy eating and doing yoga whenever possible, she doesn’t regret skin routines or plastic surgery for her look. But this week, Frankel decided she wanted to try one kind of treatment and she went for the cryo-therapy treatment.

For this newest health kick, people step into a chamber and their skin is exposed to freezing cold temperatures. Some people believe it is downright ridiculous to expose the skin to these temperatures, as they could result in frostbites. And when Bethenny came home, she revealed she was stupid for doing it. The Real Housewives of New York star opened up about the procedure and she revealed that there was nothing natural about it.

She also pointed out that she can handle extreme heat, but she’s not good in freezing cold temperatures. It’s interesting that she feels this way about it because former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Yolanda Hadid loves it. She has often talked about the procedure, telling fans how she used it as treatment during her Lyme disease treatments.
