Monique Samuels threatens to quit RHOP over drinking story

Monique Samuels isn’t happy with the way her co-stars are trying to spin her accident. She’s now threatening to quit RHOP.

Monique Samuels texted her co-stars just moments after she had crashed her car. She had fallen asleep at the wheel after shopping and having lunch with her co-star, Ashley Darby. She claims she only had two drinks during the lunch, but Ashley kept saying that she had at least four margaritas. Monique was angry that Ashley was saying such things about her, making it seem like she was driving under the influence. This all played out on Sunday’s episode of The Real Housewives of Potomac.

But it sounds like Monique Samuels wants everyone to know that she would never drive while under the influence. She also explained that she’s angry that her The Real Housewives of Potomac co-stars feel they can say just about anything her crash as if they are trying to create a storyline. Now, Samuels has had enough and she’s threatening to quit the show.

On Twitter, Monique Samuels explained that she didn’t sign up for a show where people are allowed to start rumors to create fake storylines. She also explained that she doesn’t like how her cast members are attacking her family and her reputation. Monique explains that if this continues, production can count her out.

As for Ashley Darby, she hasn’t said anything about the accusation. She was the one who pushed the storyline that Monique had been drinking four cocktails before driving home. While Samuels has been open about not drinking so much, Ashley hasn’t said much about it.
